When does the Ryder Cup 2020 take place?
Ryder Cup 2020 will start on Friday the 24th September 2021 and conclude on Sunday the 26th.
This edition of Ryder Cup was originally scheduled for September 2020, but like many other events, this one was postponed, and it is now taking place almost exactly one year later. It has also been decided that the Ryder Cup for next year is pushed to 2023. So, just like the Euros, the cup kept its original name Ryder Cup 2020.

The Ryder Cup format
Over the three days, there are 28 matches in total, with the final day reserved for 12 singles matches.
The winner of each matchup will score one point for their team. Should the two teams be tied after 18 wholes, they get 0,5 points each.
The team that scores the most points win, so 14,5 points and above is a win. If there’s a tie, 14-14, the reigning champions, in this case Europe (who won it in 2018), will come out on top.
